We encourage our employees to enhance their professional skills through internal training courses, job and department rotations, as well as external certification training and short-term training courses.
RBA & EHS on-job training :
We provide relevant prevention training for employees on special situations that they may encounter in the workplace, including sexual harassment prevention courses and workplace bullying awareness courses.
We provide relevant safety training to our employees regarding potential hazardous situations in the workplace, including fire evacuation training, emergency response training, first aid training, and more.
