This statement is only for end-users directly purchasing from the local shop/store. To obtain warranty service, the product(s) must be returned through the shop/store where it was purchased.
For more details related to the duration of warranty, please kindly check with your local dealers.
1. New product cooling-off period:
- If you require a refund, kindly bring your proof of purchase to the original store where you made the purchase, and return the product along with its original packaging and supporting documents.
- If any defect caused by materials or manufacturing is found within seven days of purchasing an Apacer product (counting from the date of the invoice), Apacer will be pleased to provide a replacement with a new product, as long as the item is returned with its complete packaging.

TBW information table for more details.
- For warranty service during the warranty period, the label, which must include the model number and serial number, has to be provided to Apacer.
- If a product has been repaired by Apacer, and within three months after such a repair the product requires another repair for the same problem, Apacer will do this free of charge.
- To obtain warranty service, the product must be returned through the shop/store where it was purchased.
- This limited warranty applies only to the original end user customer of the product for as long as the original end user customer owns the product. This limited warranty is non-transferable.
- This warranty does not cover if the serial number is removed or tampered with by anyone other than Apacer, and this service is only available within the local country due to import/export requirements.
- RMA process is for warranty replacement/repair of defective products only. To refund or receive a credit for your product, please return it to the shop/store from which it was purchased.
3. Out of warranty (declaration):
- Attention!
.This warranty does not cover any damage to this product, its external case or its packaging that results from accident, abuse, misuse, lightning, fire, water, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, process or modification.
.The company is only responsible for product repair and inspection. We do not provide data recovery or backup services for storage devices, and we are not liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process for any reason.
.Accessories, packaging materials, consumables, and other items not included with the main product are not covered by repair services, and Apacer does not provide services for products sent in with complete packaging.
.Apacer's warranty coverage is limited to specific regions and is not applicable worldwide. Furthermore, any removal or alteration of the product information stickers (such as warranty labels or barcodes) on the product will invalidate the warranty.
.Warranty policy changes will not be individually communicated; please refer to the official website for updates. For international warranty claims, products must be returned through the original purchase shop or store. For service, consult local dealers and check the Apacer website for detailed warranty information. Apacer reserves the right to make the final decision in case of disputes. - The following are not covered under this warranty:
.Products that are not manufactured or produced by Apacer.
.Products damaged or misused by consumers (such as not following the company product manual, using them as testing tools, or other forms of abuse); neglect; natural disasters; harsh operating environments; power issues or human damage; unauthorized installation or modification (personal repairs or disassembly); damage to or loss of Apacer product information or warranty labels (unrecognizable or altered by the user); signs of tampering with the product casing, and confirmed discrepancies between the internal circuit board (PCBA) and the external product label information; serial numbers that have been torn or removed.
.Product compatibility issues not caused by any defect in Apacer products.
.Accessories, packaging materials, and consumable goods that are not part of the product itself.
.Damage caused by poor packaging or transportation issues during the process of sending the device for service and repair.
.Products purchased second-hand or as testing supplies.
.Other conditions as listed in the "Apacer Product Warranty Exclusion Checklist."
- The warranty conditions do not cover the following usage scenarios:
Casino gaming, cryptocurrency mining or farming, video recording, security, monitoring, network surveillance cameras, car video/audio, continuous video/audio set-top boxes, continuous access devices such as servers, test equipment, copying tools, or other use environments that exceed the specifications. - Other Declarations:
.Typographical, picture, and technical errors: Regarding typography, pictures, and technology, although occasional errors may occur, Apacer will do its best to keep it correct. Apacer will not take any responsibility for the above-mentioned errors. When you place an order, Apacer will try to inform you of errors that may affect you by e-mail. Please note: The description of the product and packaging may vary due to the inventory at the time of delivery. Apacer reserves the right to substitute similar products.
.Except for the "Limited Liability Warranty" in writing, Apacer has not made any express or implied, oral or written performance statement, warranty or guarantee for the "Product", including but not limited to any (a) commercial merchantability, (b) applicability for a specific purpose or (c) implied guarantee due to performance progress, transaction progress or industry conventions. This product must be used with standard equipment. For damage caused by other manufacturers' equipment, Apacer will not be liable for warranty. For any incidental or consequential damage, loss of profits, business investment, and goodwill, or damage caused by loss of data, as well as damage or malfunction of other companies' equipment with this product, Apacer is not liable for compensation. In any case, Apacer shall not be liable for any person's legal responsibility for the purchase of substitute products or loss of data, nor shall it be responsible for any indirect, special, concomitant, derivative or other damages arising from the purchase, use or performance of the "product", regardless of whether the user has ever been informed of the possibility of such damage. The sharing of the aforementioned risks has been reflected in the price of the "product".
.In case of any dispute, Apacer reserves the right to the final decision.4. Simple identification method of warranty period:
The simple way for consumers to judge the purchase date is as follows, based on the manufacturing date of the Apacer warranty label, plus 1 to 3 months. The repaired product includes a free after-sales guarantee for defective products due to the same reason within 3 months.
The 3rd to 6th digits in the serial number mean the year and week of production.
Example: If there is a product serial number 281730100734, its manufacturing date is the 30th week of 2017. The product will be guaranteed until the 30th week of 2020. (Calculation method for three-year warranty)
Note: When the product is repaired or replaced, the warranty period is calculated based on the original product extension for one month.
