Linking Apacer's executive compensation with ESG performance

To encourage senior executives to place long-term emphasis on overall performance results and to move toward sustainable development and corporate social responsibility,Starting from 2025, ESG sustainability strategies and targets will be linked to the incentive and compensation mechanisms of all executives. All executives’ KPI will include sustainability indicators—ESG performance—with a minimum weighting of 10%.

 

The ESG indicators are as follows:

E: Achieve annual targets for reducing carbon emissions and hazardous industrial waste.

S: Human rights due diligence and occupational health and safety certified by an external third party.

G: Maintain corporate governance evaluation results above the industry average.

Overall: Winning relevant external third-party sustainability awards.
