  • RBA, EHS training, and on-board training ：
    • We provide education and advocacy on the relevant benefits and regulatory compliance issues for our employees, including freelancing, young workers, working hours, salary and benefits, humane treatment, anti-discrimination, anti-harassment, and freedom of association.
    • We encourage our employees to enhance their professional skills through internal training courses, job and department rotations, as well as external certification training and short-term training courses.
  •  RBA & EHS on-job training ：
    • We provide relevant prevention training for employees on special situations that they may encounter in the workplace, including sexual harassment prevention courses and workplace bullying awareness courses.
    • We provide relevant safety training to our employees regarding potential hazardous situations in the workplace, including fire evacuation training, emergency response training, first aid training, and more.
